Christopher Robert Evans, born on June 13, 1981 is an American actress. His acting career started with acting in television series like Opposite Sex, which aired in 2000. Following appearances in several teen films like 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he became famous for his portrayal of the Marvel Comics characters such as the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans also appeared in the version of graphic novels in film and comics: TMNT (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009), Snowpiercer (2003). Evans gained more attention for his role as Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) as well as Captain America: Civil War and the ensemble films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). He was one of the top-paid actors in the world because of his work for the Marvel series.
